I,ll be loadingup on some Japanese Cameras and computer parts while in Canada and I need to have the "form validated" by Canada Customs before I leave Canada so I can claim my GST refund when I am back in Japan. Where do I go at YYZ to get my form validated to prove I left the country with the goods I am claiming? I will be flying NWA to DTW-NGO.
