The T3 lounge at MAN is not great. Coffee and some other drinks are free, toilet facilities are clean, there are a few magazines and it's peaceful, but if you are hungry you will find almost nothing... a slice of cheese in a bag, a biscuit in a bag and a pack of peanuts and raisins.
If you need a snack, better go to Cafe Nero and buy a sandwich.
