I've had the whole gamut.
Delightful people who do a terrific job and are a joy to deal with.
Delightful people who are a joy to deal with but give you incorrect information or screw up your reservation.
People who are snarky from the second they pick up the phone ( no matter how charming I am!) but still get the job done.
People who are snarky from the second they pick up the phone, and it goes downhill from there. Attitude, misinformation, screw ups and lies.
Usual BA inconsistency.
