You are talking about PNRs, but that is irrelevant. Every airline always uses own PNR. What is important is whether you bought these segments all at once or separately.
If you bought international and domestic separately, you may have saved some money on the ticket but you bought yourself luggage transfer hassle as well as excess baggage costs.
Yes, I just understood that... I thought the baggage was somehow related to PNR numbers.... I bought all the tickets at once from the same agent as a single booking. I just checked the e-ticket numbers for all flights and they are all matching perfectly... Thank you
