Up until six months ago, that is exactly right! I've now seen this type of 10/20 connection four times. The first was a Westin in Minnesota over the summer. To then see it three times in a row just a few months later really astonished me. It's like hotels went straight from almost dial up speeds to better than the broadband I have at home. On the upload side, I've never seen a connection even remotely this fast in any hotel before this year, and have still never seen this outside of an SPG hotel.
