The QFF points you will earn will depend on the actual fare class you have purchased and the actual routing you are flying.

For BA it gets a little confusing for some of the discount economy fares as it varies with the routing flown. Currently (may change soon) if flying on the "kangaroo route" you typically get 1 point/mile, but if not kangaroo route then most discount economy fares earn 0.25 points/mile.
