There are some $0 "Fees" listed on the
Optional Travel Charges page of the Southwest website that could be increased.
A couple of fees that I could see changing:
2nd Checked Bag --> from $0 to $25 (keeping the first bag free)
Phone Reservation Fee --> from $0 to $10 [or $20]
