I'm not one to complain to Delta a lot. When I got stranded overnight in ATL due to a maintenance issue out of TPA, I called customer service after the fact and got a $200 voucher. I thought that was appropriate for an overnight delay.

I didn't get hotel points for the room, but I thought it was equitable.
