Not sure what you are talking about. If you look at seatguru.com, row 41 shows as "not preferable" due to limited seat recline.

I would certainly stay away from these seats! The only reason this row of seats could be "preferred" as per LH standards might be due to being in the "mini cabin". (smallest part of the eco cabin with maybe less noise)
