Nope, the latest a *A lounge is open is 23:00

http://www.plaza-network.com/index.p...hong-kong.html is a pay lounge that is open 24 hours. For about 100$US you can get a private rest area there for the entire time. Not free but not all that bad either. Or you can just hang in the general lounge for a bit less..
