I can't recall really ever being disturbed by kids in F, actually. Not that I've flown with them often or really am ever paying attention, but on the few occasions I've seen kids in there I haven't ever had a memorable (aka bad) experience. I think I'd remember something and nothing seems to stick out.
I think the worst is that the parents use the FA as babysitter
