Dinner last night. Was meant to be chicken and pasta soup but I appear to have misplaced my carrots, so started to make lasagne instead, but it got too late so I settled for:

Yes, I know its an abomination, but mine tastes fab.
To start off with a plan for a sort of minestrone .... and to end up with lasagne takes an extraordinarily flexible approach to food prep .......
