Same problem

In mid-september I flew CPH-BRU and BRU-CPH with Brussels airlines and was expecting to earn basic points to my EB account. Since no points were posted on my account within 3 weeks I tried the online retro registration for the two flights.

A few days later I received an e-mail stating that "Our partner has confirmed that SN 2256 10Sep12 CPHBRU is not valid for accrual of EuroBonus points" and "Our partner has confirmed that SN 2265 13Sep12 BRUCPH is not valid for accrual of EuroBonus points"

It is not 100% clear to me which booking classes I actually had but on my e-ticket it said that the first flight had a "Status M ECONOMY+ confirmed" and "Farebase MFLEXRT". For the return flight the e-ticket stated "Status V ECONOMY confirmed" and "Farebase VLIGHTRT". On my boarding passes there is no letters stating the booking class but it says "Flex Economy +" and "Light Economy" respectively. I personally would interpret this as if my booking classes were M and V. Is this correct? Total price for the two flights was something like 600 EUR.

On the SAS webpage it is clearly stated that both M and V classes with Brussels airlines should give a minimum of 600 points. http://www.sas.se/en/EuroBonus/Earn-...sselsAirlines/

Any idea what went wrong here? Why does SAS state that the flights are not valid for accrual of EB points? Do I really need to contact the extremely slow manual retro registration in Bangkok to earn those few lousy points?
