Was he Stephen Lennon (aka "Tommy Robison") admitted into the US using someone else's British passport?

I recall hearing something about him being removed from the US in 2010 after arriving at a US POE facility, but how is it that he could use someone else's passport to get admitted into the US to spout his usual garbage after that initial processing of him that supposedly resulted in him being denied entry earlier but not later.

Seems like more than a few gaps in US processes are being exposed. And now the UK is going after him.
