I know this thread. A couple of dozen of leisure Plats contributed. Out of how many Plats? I go to business hotels, can see may be 50 Plat envelopes prepared for Monday check-ins. All whom I see come dressed in suites... Don't argue about the obvious... Leisure is an exception... But unless official statistics are presented we can argue here to the death...
