Booking wt+ is a bit of a stretch to begin with so an avios upgrade is really the only option. Which are the quietest days for west coast premium cabins?

I won't be in a position to book until Christmas time so ill keep an eye on it until then. Is there likely to be a wt+ sale any time soon?
