So based on your CZ flight in biz, you were rightfully denied access. But you can enter on arrival with any Skyteam Elite+ card on any Skyteam flight.
Interesting. The delta.dumb website says that the AMS lounges are for departures only, not only for BE/WBC passengers but also for SkyTeam ElitePlus international itineraries.
