Row 7 or 21 on a 737-800?

I can't find an "Everything You Want To Know About Where To Sit on a 737 (post merger)" thread, so this seems a good place to ask my question. I found one in the CO pre-merger, but not sure if that applies now that the 737 has E+ and E- seating.

Tomorrow I'm on a 737-800 LAX-SFO with the 16 F seats and both 7 A-C & 7 D-F. I'm in 7C, and it doesn't appear that I will make the upgrade to F. A number of people did get the UG which results in 21 A-C and D-F now open. I value legroom, and SFO is my final destination so I'm not in hurry to deplane in order to make a connection.

Shall I stay in 7C or move to 21 C or D?
