If you frequently take *A award flights on airlines that don't have YQ when purchased using Aeroplan miles, it is very very hard to beat a consistent 2 miles/$ for all non-category spend (on a no annual fee card too)!

2 Aeroplan miles > 1 starpoint > 1.07 URs methinks.
I've heard that the list of partners for which AC collects YQ is increasing.
