It's unusual to refuse contact details of the manager. Luckily most of my travel is in Europe/ Asia where we actually get a nice postcard from the manager inviting us to contact them.

However, I've never seen a system where complimentary internet is given automatically but is limited to one per device. So does that mean that the first time you've logged in it said $0.00 but on your second device it showed a charge?

What I've had to do recently though (and I blame the stupid iOS 5 for this, and not Hyatt) is use the LAN cable to get internet on my laptop then turn on the internet sharing from my computer via wifi. This is the only way I could get internet on my iPhone because it wouldn't load up the splash screen otherwise.

Breakfast tip IS included but I think they add that automatically so you don't have to add anything on the actual bill. I only found this out recently so what I do now in US is just write Diamond - Tip Included on the receipt.
