Just had a wonderful stay at this hotel. PLAT upgrade to huge suite.

The transfer from the new airport (LOP) is 1 hour 15 minutes and costs 300,000. This probably stops a lot of people going to Sengiggi area these days. Mind you Sengiggi has always seemed deserted, even in 2008 when I went first time.

The Italian restaurant Lotus Bayview, about 20 metres down the beach from the hotel is quite simply the best Italian restaurant in Indonesia , with an Italian chef Maurizio. I could eat there every day for the rest of my life. It's much better than Pepe Nero, which is saying something.

Beach is nice and mostly private ( a few hawkers but after the first time they dont bother you). Breakfast is OK, Spa way overpriced.
Internet very fast.

So overall I would highly recommend it.
