Open jaw itinerary. Flew first two segments on Tuesday. Was due to fly second two segments on Wednesday, but due to weather and ATC I would not have made the connection so they rerouted me on a direct AA flight instead.

I can understand why I will have to call Mileage Plus to get the original mileage posted on the rerouted section, but no miles have posted on the first two segments either, five days later. Is this because of what happened the following day? Does SHARES somehow think the whole itinerary was aborted just because I got rerouted on the second two segments?

I'm giving MP another 24 hours before calling in.
