No, the seatmap on seatguru is for international, not regional. That is the 46 C / 112 Y layout.

If it is regional intra-asia it would be on a 2-2-2 layout in C, 2-4-2 in Y (42C / 180Y).

If it is domestic it would only have 2 rows of 2-2-2 layout in C, 3-3-3 in Y (12C / 335Y)

However, as I had explained time and time, DO NOT TRUST THE INFORMATION ON SEATGURU WHEN IT COME TO NON-US CARRIERS, and I had explained multiple times, the NH 763 they had only have 2 versions, but it actually have 3, the v2 they have listed exit row in Y are listed in green, but it actually should be red, as NH build a bulkhead wall in front of the exit seats, the legroom are horrible, worst seats in Y, I had emailed seatguru to correct the information 3 years ago but they never correct anything !
