The State Liquor Acts specifically exclude the supply of alcohol on an aircraft (among other things). i.e. State legislation does not regulate the supply of alcohol on aircraft.

There must be some Commonwealth legislation that regulates the supply of alcohol in places like aircraft, military bases etc. I can't find it for the life of me, though.
