As I recall SYR also had it in the terminal. It really depends where you are flying from because JetBlue has a pretty decent presence at SYR so if you are flying from a city where JetBlue operates you might get a better price. I also like that SYR is very close to 90 which is probably more useful to get where you are going and tends to be a little less busy than the Albany area
