I sure hope so! The long term SIM cards are for my daughter, who is on the side of the 50% of college graduates who can't get a job here in the US. The past 5 months since her graduation spent looking for a job are starting to wear on her.

So, the plan is for her to go live in Rio, enroll in a graduate program in the "International Relations" school at PUC, and look for a job while preparing for the admissions test in late November.
