I hear ya, and God help you if you want to rent a car in America and you're under 25, but there's always a few views on every situation.

I was recently in Europe and the drinking age there is often 16 or even younger and the age of consent for sex is often as young as 14, so certain Europeans might feel as opressed (for lack of a better word) coming here as 18-20 year old Aussies feel going to America.
