HI guys,

There was promotion maybe about 3 months ago that if you buy $100 best western travel card from the aeroplan website , you will get 1500 aeroplan miles.

So, I bought $500 and I should be getting 7500 aeroplan miles, but I never got the miles

I called Aeroplan Estore for escalation maybe already 1 month ago and a few days ago - I called 2x, but my points are not there yet.

I don't know who else should I call, maybe I should call different department?

To be honest, Aeroplan is never correct in awarding clients their rightful miles. Most of the time, I have to chase around just to get my promo miles posted , it's so time consuming and upsetting.

please help, any suggestion? THANKS a lot guys !
