Well - I'm just going to send the full documentation every second day until I hear from them. And I'm trying to avoid SAS for future flights - too bad.
I also had a bad experience on the transatlantic flights this summer - my son passed out in the plane, going there - so I called SAS to ask for help with seating us together on the way back across the atlantic. They said - sorry we cannot help... PERHAPS the flight-attendants can help you once on the plane...
