My experience is that Priceline Hong Kong site is a faint shadow of the us site. Tried a few times to try and bid on that, and for some reason or the other could not follow through the entire bid. Plus at least at the time the result of the bid could take a day or so to come through. Was no fun really. Would be interested to know if someone has actually got it to work. Have booked many times on the us site though. Love it. Thankfully those times have had someone with a US card traveling with me.
