I know that you don't want to hear this, but call them back and inquire about both transactions.
Ask what's going on with more miles potentially being taken out. When you changed one of your flights you may have inadvertently selected a standard award instead of saver, but call and get the straight skinny.
As far as the $25.00 for the OZ flights, you really should have called or been transferred to the ON-LINE HELP line to get your tickets that were booked ON-LINE resolved. Again, call and explain your situation and hopefully this time of night you will get HNL who are much better and knowledgeable. The $25.00 should be returned, and if you are as good at explaining on the phone as you are on here you'll do fine!
