Well I wrote to United after my first experience of flying F long haul with them.

I mentioned the ground experience at ORD.....no hot food in the F lounge, no waiter service,no spa and no JWB. I also went on to talk about the lack of escort to my F seat, no welcome from the CSD, no pyjamas, no amuse-bouche, the motorway service station type food and dour cabin crew.

They wrote back saying "we're so glad to hear you experienced our normal F service and hope to welcome you back on board soon".
