We all complain about bad service, but who do we contact to praise good service?

Due to some internet issues, I had to call Executive Club to make a booking over the phone.
I dealt with an amazing lady by the name of Susan (Suzanne?) in the Jacksonville office who went out of her way to get my booking sorted out, and did so with such good humor that I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Who can I contact at BA to make sure they know what an asset to their company this lady is?
