My GF and I were on the DBV-MUC flight on October 15th. Upon arrival, we went to Carousel #6 where my bag (and a few others) arrived within five minutes. But, no bag for my GF. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we gave up and headed to the LH missing baggage service center to file a report. While talking with the LH rep (whose computer shows my GF's bag on the flight and in Munich), my GF is waiting outside the service center. There is another gentleman (who had been on the same flight) looking for his bag as well. My GF happens to notice her bag riding on Carousel #9. She gets her bag and comes into the service center to tell me she found it. Upon hearing this, the LH rep at the next desk sends the other gentleman to Carousel #9 to look for his bag. Don't know if he found it.
