Thanks for that. I appreciate there are no A class now - but KVS was showing them earlier and my query was (appreciating they aren't there now) why is it than when KVS has shown them, Sabre still cant see them? This has happened on a couple of occasions with these flights.

It's not actually a bug, but rather a feature called Dynamic Availability:

Assuming your Agent is not located in the US, you can call
EK US Reservations to take advantage of the more favourable POS US Availability and book the Seat(s) you see via the
KVS Tool.
