Your frustration is certainly understandable. However, experience shows that in 90%+ of cases, such discrepancies are caused by a User and/or Agent error. If you can provide specific flight number(s)/dates (while the alleged discrepancy is still happening), we can certainly look into your situation matter in detail.
As for
IB specifically, that airline is known to have system connectivity issues with its partners.
