Broken stroller after BA flights
We came back last night from a trip to the US, connecting at LHR.
When we packed the stroller inside a Prampack (special bag developed to protect strollers) it was not broken. Checked in at JFK as fragile. Unpacked it today only to find that it is broken. This happens I suppose. The trip consisted of 6 sectors, two on AA. The damage has occured on either sector 5 or 6 (BA).
Except for the obvious, that we should try to claim via our insurance, what are peoples experiences when dealing with BA in such circumstances?
