Does the MSP flight look pretty empty? If it's filling up on your dates, you could be facing married segment logic availability limits. Have you tried searching for a full Y refundable ticket by schedule to see if it will bring up the choices you want?
Just did the refundable ticket search by schedule and it shows up. I then searched without requiring it to limit by refundable, and it showed up there too. Which basically gets me what I want. So thanks! The best part is it's $350 cheaper than anything they were showing me previously.
Would love to know why Delta's blocking it from showing up otherwise (especially not showing up on something like ITA Matrix.
