The bins are equally small, if not actually smaller.

Also, knowledge has nothing to do with how long one has been on FT, but how many times they have carried the subject bag on the aircraft type. I've flown on plenty of CR2s, E135/140/145, CR7s, etc. with both my Air Boss and Sky Train. They fit.
