No, I don't think you can do anything until T-24hrs. We couldn't on a CW booking when we all had blue status...

And we had a real mess when I tried to put the family in row 1 (and 2) of an A319 - long story but we were checked off the flight which made for fun and games when we transited in Stuttgart.... Not sure if they classify row 1 as an exit row????
