I'm trying to match my United 1K status with American's Executive Platinum.

They just sent me an email saying I'll be matched to Executive Platinum from now until 12/31/2012, and will be extended this status until 2014 (and receive 8 SWUs/eVIPs) only if I can get 25K EQM by the end of this year.

I'm based out of Washington DC, so can fly out of IAD, DCA, or BWI (or the JFK hub if there is something REALLY good).

I'm pretty much open to flying anywhere on the weekends (departing either Thursday evening or Friday evening & returning on either Sunday night or early Monday morning).
