It happened to my wife again, not too long ago, but I was able to put it back in without a problem. I watch it--in both of our accounts--like a hawk, and also recommend that you check the area where that info is stored within each itinerary
four days before the outbound departure. Four days, because three days out, the info is sent to the TSA, and you can't even view it, let alone update or change it.
