OK, I've had it. Having been rejected yet again from the TSA pre-check, I logged into my Delta profile to discover that, for the 5th time, Delta has conveniently deleted my Secure Passenger information. Delta, this is completely unacceptable! For fellow FTers, this may be partially responsible for the completely inconsistent results as noted on the Pre-check thread.

I guess Delta thinks I should be required to check my profile every few days just to make sure they haven't randomly deleted or changed something.
