Not as far as I know.
In any case, knowing in advance which seats are "good" doesn't help you, since you don't get to select your own seat. All "pre-assigned seating" means is that the computer chooses a seat for you (based solely on your window/aisle preference) and you find out when you get your ticket.
Edit: Sorry, Antonio8069 below is right - HEP 2 is the new Renaissance carriages, not the old stainless steel ones. Obviously it's nicer to be on the single side if you're travelling alone (your seat number will end in 'S' in it if this is the case) - you *should* be assigned one of these automatically if you're alone and the single side isn't already full. Be warned that there is not a lot of space for hand luggage on those trains. There is a tiny rack above your head which doesn't hold much more than a coat or a purse, and a fairly deep space under the seat which will just about take an airline regulation size carry-on bag. Anything bigger usually has to go in the luggage van.
