While legal and theoretically doable, the likeliness of it happening is remote as AA 130, ORD-HEL is invariably late and sometimes very much so. This being said, there's no drama: Your maximum exposure is getting on the following Finnair flight which leaves around 12.20, and your luggage will follow automatically. You may lose your seat assignment if you have one.

Helsinki airport is pleasant and not a bad place to spend 3 hours. I would however not book early activities in Paris. Expect to land at 2.20 and be in the city at 4 PM.
