One more quick note after examing our bill a little closer.

We were not awarded Hhonors points on the resort fee. Unfortunately Hhonors customer service just wanted to credit some extra points to us without investigating. That was great, but I suspect that this is a problem that happens a lot. For those of you who have stayed recently check your bill and Hhonors credit!
