We spent a good 10-15 minutes each being questioned by the Finnish Immigration folks as to why we were connecting, asking for business cards, ongoing init (not just the boarding pass but showing we were flying home to the US), etc. Not telling you this to discourage you but to make sure you are well prepared for alot of questions for the connecting flight.

That being said, it is a compact airport and without a zealous Immigration person, you could easily make it in 45 minutes - but I would not count on any less time. Longue is ok if you have status - nothing to write home about.
