As a Star Alliance Gold, how do I get E+ at check-in on united.com
I like that UA offers *A Gold members of other airlines access to E+ at check-in.

However, I can't seem to select E+ when I check-in online... I only get it by calling UNITED-1. Is there something I'm missing?
