Nevertheless MCT at HEL is 40 Minutes International to Schengen/Domestic according to Expertflyer.

If you decide to book this connection, my advice would be to only book such a tight connection on a single PNR/Ticket number. That way if anything goes wrong you're protected. I'd strongly advise against booking this on two separate tickets.

Though not a comfortable connection it is legal, any luggage would be checked through, and HEL is a pleasant, compact airport.
