SkyTeam Elite (DL FO) won't get you much in coach, certainly not lounge access which requires GM or more. General reputation would say to pick KE for more space in coach and decent service (ICN is also a great airport, in the same league as SIN), but check whether these fares earn many miles if it matters to you.

Looks like the China Airlines fare I was looking at only earns at 50% MQM. I would need to go significantly more expensive to get a 100% earning fare. The KE option is a K fare and has a neat 22 hour layover in ICN.
Might go with that.
